Insurance phase out process

As of January 1, 2024, all services provided will be on a self-pay basis, with the exception of ComPsych, the Missouri State employee EAP provider.

Beginning January 1, 2024, Tricia Orscheln will provide a detailed receipt known as a “Superbill”, for you to submit to your healthcare insurance provider, HSA and cafeteria plan.  Your insurance provider may offer coverage on all, partial, or none of the services as an Out-Of-Network provider.

Before the first session in 2024, it would be in your best interest to contact your insurance provider to verify any Out-Of-Network outpatient mental health benefits they may reimburse.  Please take time to communicate directly to Tricia Orscheln if you have any questions.
